The Office Evolution remodel transformed the entire second floor of the Block 27 Building in Georgetown, Texas; roughly 8,500 square feet turned into a functional coworking hub with private offices, conference rooms, shared workspaces, reception areas, lounges, and breakrooms. The remodel included tearing out and rebuilding the existing layout, then finishing the space with new flooring, paint, lighting, glass office fronts, cabinetry, and polished commercial details throughout. The open coworking areas have an industrial-modern feel with exposed ceilings, clean linear lighting, and flexible workstation setups built for people who need a great place to work without being locked into a single desk. Conference rooms, mail storage, a kitchen, and refreshed common areas round out the space.
