Synergy Commercial Construction completed tenant improvement construction of 2020 Market Scratch Kitchen & Bar, a 4,991 SF farm-to-table restaurant within The Summit at Rivery Park in Georgetown, Texas. The main dining building features a corrugated metal and limestone exterior with a standing seam metal roof, large storefront windows, and a covered patio along the street-facing side. Inside, Synergy managed the build-out of a full-service bar with a granite countertop and corrugated metal base, a spacious dining room with booth and table seating, and a high ceiling with clerestory windows that bring natural light deep into the space. The exposed ductwork, open ceiling structure, and hand-painted farm-themed murals throughout were all part of the finished scope.
Synergy Commercial Construction handled that coordination as the commercial general contractor, working alongside Mode Design Co. to keep the project moving and deliver a finished space that functioned the way the client needed it to.
