These projects included renovations to existing restaurant spaces ranging from 5,630 to 7,283 square feet. It also included a tenant finish-out of a vacant 2,820-square-foot space for the expansion.
Working alongside Barker Nester, Inc., Synergy Commercial Construction coordinated improvements to both interior and exterior areas. The completed spaces feature expansive central bar areas, multiple television displays, open dining rooms, booth seating, upgraded finishes, and distinctive feature walls. Outdoor patios were also upgraded with covered seating areas, decorative lighting, fire features, and gathering spaces designed for year-round use.
