Remodel
Mode Design Co.
Synergy Commercial Construction completed the remodel of Hard Count Kitchen & Cocktails, an existing restaurant space at The Summit at Rivery Park in Georgetown, Texas. The project included renovations of a 4,500 SF restaurant space including a chef’s kitchen and finished dining areas to accommodate the daily operations of the restaurant and flow of guests.
The finished space features a large bar area with black countertops, wood paneling, mounted TVs, glass storage and beverage service equipment. The remodel throughout the dining room includes booth seating, high-top tables, black hex tile flooring, exposed ceiling elements, brick accent walls and built-in millwork and pendant lighting. The photos also depict a wine display feature, outside patio bar window and brick outside entry that links the restaurant to the surrounding Rivery Park development.
Synergy Commercial Construction, as commercial general contractor, managed the restaurant construction details required to integrate the kitchen’s functionality, bar service, seating capacity and durable finishes. This type of commercial renovation requires careful planning around mechanical systems, finish work, seating layouts, lighting, millwork and the many details that impact how a restaurant functions on a day-to-day basis.
Synergy Commercial Construction partners with clients across Texas, including DFW, Austin, Georgetown, Round Rock, Killeen, and Houston, to deliver retail, restaurant, industrial, and medical projects.
