Lumino Vision

The Lumino Vision project was a tenant finish-out; we came in with a blank slate and built it from the ground up alongside the design team. The goal was straightforward: a space that feels clean and modern without being sterile, and comfortable enough that patients actually relax when they walk in.

Every area, from reception to the exam rooms to the retail display, was thought through with the same intention. The open layout keeps patient flow natural and easy, and the lighting and finishes do a lot of the heavy lifting in terms of atmosphere. In a medical setting, that stuff matters as much as anything structural. The space has to work for the staff running through it all day, not just look good in photos.

Specialized equipment integration was a big part of this one. Getting everything installed correctly and positioned for actual daily use takes more coordination than people realize, and it’s the kind of detail that doesn’t show up in the finished photos but absolutely affects how well the space functions long-term.

Tenant finish-outs like this are where we’re most comfortable. It’s a collaborative process by nature, and when the communication is good between the construction side and the design side, the end result tends to speak for itself.
