Aurora Med Spa in Georgetown, TX was a 2,400 square foot tenant finish out where the goal was to create a clinical space feel genuinely inviting without sacrificing the functionality the staff actually needs day-to-day. Working alongside Mode Design Group, Synergy Commercial Construction handled the full remodel from layout to final finishes.

 The reception area leans into warm wood accents and updated lighting to set the right tone, polished, but not cold. Clients notice the atmosphere before they notice anything else, so getting that balance right mattered. The waiting area follows the same thinking, laid out to keep things moving without feeling rushed.

In the back, the treatment rooms were built around how the staff actually works, durable materials, integrated storage, and easy access to everything they need throughout the day. The supporting clinical areas were planned with the same practicality in mind, keeping operations organized without creating visual clutter that would bleed into the rest of the space.

Tenant finish outs like this one require consistent back-and-forth between design and construction. Material choices affect timelines, layout decisions affect code compliance, and the client’s vision has to stay intact through all of it. That coordination is where projects like this either hold together or fall apart.
