This 3,941 square foot tenant finish out converted a retail space at The Summit at Rivery Park in Georgetown, TX into a functional luxury day spa. Working with David Ports Architect, Synergy Commercial Construction completed the buildout with a focus on layout, durability, and consistency across all areas of the space.
The project included construction of multiple treatment rooms, a couples massage room, sauna, relaxation areas, pedicure stations, and reception and retail space. Each area was built to support daily operations while maintaining a clean and consistent finish throughout. Scope included framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC coordination, millwork installation, and interior finishes.
Located within The Summit at Rivery Park, this project reflects the type of interior construction required for service-based retail tenants. The finished space supports the client’s operations while meeting the design and functional requirements established during planning and construction.
