iL Bracco

Synergy Commercial Construction completed the ground-up construction of il Bracco, a 5,963-square-foot Italian restaurant in Scottsdale, Arizona. Working with Brick & West Design, the team built out the exterior, dining areas, custom bar, kitchen, and an expansive covered patio from the ground up.

The exterior pairs light brick masonry with dark steel framing and broad glass openings. Custom signage and wood soffits finish the look. Along the building, a covered outdoor dining area adds integrated lighting, heaters, and an outdoor fireplace, with brick planters and wood beams framing the space. Inside, the woodwork carries the space. Wood ceilings run throughout, tying together the custom partitions, paneled walls, and booth surrounds. Green upholstered seating and patterned flooring round out the dining room, with lighting placed to set the mood rather than just fill the space.

The wraparound bar was the most demanding piece of the build, requiring tight coordination between millwork, equipment, lighting, and finishes. Its substantial wood counter wraps a fully equipped service area, with open sightlines connecting the bar to the dining room and kitchen.

Synergy has built restaurants from shell to final finish across Texas and beyond. As a Texas-based commercial general contractor, the team’s approach on il Bracco reflects that experience, coordinating a lot of moving trades without losing sight of the finish details that make a space feel finished.
