AutoNation USA Austin represents a 20,000-square-foot ground-up commercial construction project completed by Synergy Commercial Construction in Austin, Texas. As the first prototype facility for AutoNation USA, this project involved coordination across site development, building construction, infrastructure installation, and interior build-out to create a fully functional automotive sales and service facility.
Working alongside architect team, Castle Design Group, Synergy Commercial Construction managed the construction of the dealership building along with significant site improvements across the property. The project included installation of site utilities, retaining walls, a water quality pond, landscaping improvements, and approximately five acres of asphalt parking infrastructure.
The completed facility features a modern exterior, customer-facing sales areas, administrative offices, collaborative workspaces, and large vehicle service and display areas. Inside, the project includes glass office partitions, open workstation layouts, employee support spaces, branded interior graphics, and polished concrete flooring designed for durability in a high-traffic automotive environment.
