Loro Asian Smokehouse & BBQ is a ground-up restaurant build Synergy Commercial Construction completed in the Dallas area, with locations in both Addison and Dallas, Texas. The project was developed in close partnership with Michael Hsu Office of Architecture and ID Studio 4, encompassing roughly 7,000 square feet of space designed to blend indoor dining, outdoor gathering, and a bold exposed timber aesthetic.
The timber framing is really what sets this project apart visually. Heavy structural beams, custom steel connections, and open-air dining areas work together to blur the line between inside and out — giving the restaurant a warmth and character that’s hard to achieve in conventional builds. Throughout construction, Synergy managed scheduling, quality control, and the sourcing and integration of specialty materials alongside the design team and trade partners. The result is a space that feels intentional — welcoming dining rooms, covered outdoor seating, and a fully functional back-of-house built to handle the demands of a high-volume restaurant.
