Synergy Commercial Construction partnered with Big Tex Trailers on the construction and renovation of more than 50 locations across multiple markets. These projects included both ground-up construction and remodels of pre-engineered metal buildings ranging from approximately 5,000 to 16,000 square feet. Working alongside Ignarri Lummis Architects, LLP, the team delivered facilities designed to support trailer sales, service operations, parts departments, and customer-facing retail spaces.
The completed locations feature durable metal building systems, expansive service bays with overhead doors, fenced trailer storage yards, customer parking areas, retail showrooms, sales offices, and service counters. Interior spaces were designed to support both daily operations and customer interaction, incorporating polished concrete floors, open workstations, retail displays, and branded customer service areas. Many locations also included site development work such as paving, fencing, utility infrastructure, landscaping, and vehicle circulation improvements.
