Synergy Commercial Construction completed the ground-up construction of Public Storage Sachse, a three-story, 122,112-square-foot climate-controlled self-storage facility in Sachse, Texas. Designed by Merriman Anderson Architects, this project features a contemporary exterior with masonry accents, expansive storefront glazing, and a prominent customer entrance. Inside, the building includes a spacious lobby and retail area, climate-controlled storage units, freight elevators, loading areas, wide corridors, and customer support spaces. The project also incorporates polished concrete flooring, metal storage partitions, roll-up unit doors, accessibility features, and durable finishes.
As the commercial general contractor, Synergy Commercial Construction coordinated all phases of construction, including site development, structural systems, building envelope installation, interior build-out, MEP systems, vertical transportation, and final site improvements.
