Working with Merriman Anderson Architects, Inc., Synergy Commercial Construction managed the construction of the large-scale facility from site development through final completion. The finished building features a modern exterior, a prominent storefront entrance, durable materials, polished concrete floors, metal-framed storage units, and a layout designed to accommodate a high volume of storage unit rentals.
Inside the facility, long storage corridors provide access to individual units. The customer-facing areas include a leasing office, retail moving supply displays, reception spaces, and elevator access to upper floors.
