The five-story, 171,757-square-foot climatized self-storage facility offers secure, climate-controlled storage space in a functional and efficient space for customers and staff.
Working alongside Merriman Anderson Architects, Inc., Synergy Commercial Construction managed the construction of the multi-story facility from site development through final completion. The exterior features a combination of metal panel systems, masonry accents, and architectural façade elements. Inside, the building includes climate-controlled storage corridors, multiple elevators, loading and access areas, leasing offices, and customer service spaces.
