The AutoNation USA Plano project was a complete renovation of an existing 30,000-square-foot automotive dealership in Plano, Texas. As the commercial general contractor, Synergy Commercial Construction coordinated the interior and exterior improvements to modernize the facility while maintaining functionality throughout construction.
The remodel included new interior finishes, upgraded exterior building elements, MEP system improvements, parking lot rehabilitation, fencing updates, and landscaping enhancements. Exterior work refreshed the dealership’s appearance with updated façade finishes, improved pedestrian access, and improved customer traffic flow throughout the property.
Inside the dealership, the renovation introduced modern customer-facing spaces with open seating areas, updated lighting, new flooring, glass office fronts, and improved circulation throughout the showroom and customer service areas. Private consultation offices and customer waiting spaces were reconfigured to provide a clean and organized environment for visitors and staff.
